About MOMA:

MOMA was launched from a railway arch in Deptford back in 2006, with our bircher muesli and oat smoothies sold from a converted filing cabinet at Waterloo station. We’ve come along way since then, but we’re still passionate about skilfully crafting the tastiest products from the finest quality jumbo oats, and still based in the same arches where it all began.

“Very happy with the service, setting up a subscription was very easy and the first delivery arrived promptly. Its a good product and with the sub price reasonable value for money for a convenience food.”

“The Almond butter and salted caramel porridge was confusing as the ingredients listed dates but no mention of salted caramel. The blueberry and vanilla porridge was as described on the package and tasted very nice.”

“I really like the Moma Oats. The best textured ones are the jumbo oats though. The Barrista Oat milk is very good too. Delivery never takes long, and you don't get bombarded with emails constantly. I would recommend trying.”

“I bought this because you couldn't fulfil my subscription which consists of this and plain porridge. Sadly because you couldn't supply the plain porridge the whole order was void which would have meant waiting another two months, and who know what the situation would have been then. You really need away for customers to substitute when you can't supply. Katerina in your office was really helpful. I love Moma and as this was my first bad experience over many years I cancelled my subscription but bought the cranberry direct from your website.”

“Milk is very good, delivery was less good, exacerbated by the lack of a phone number for customer support. MOMA cited that the number was removed due to staff harassment. No idea why DPD decided to divide a single order in to two separate deliveries and send two vans on the same day. Don't tell me that is environmentally friendly. Apparently MOMA are ditching DPD. Whole experience has made me consider at least trying alternatives but the product remains good.”

“I love the porridges but cannot work out why they are double the price on a well known site. Would have to say I’m saddened to see such a level of powder in the porridge which seems to have increased lately. However do like the product just which was more consistent”

“Good quality product. It might help avoid difficulties with DPD's delivery of on-line orders if you asked customers if they wanted to nominate a safe place for deliveries when they ordered their goods, which could be passed on to the delivery company with the goods themselves.”

“Best oat milk out of all of them ( yes,sadly I've tried all of the oat barista in the market). Star down as the package came damaged and had to throw away one carton of milk as it was open.”

“Drinks were fine, however, the delivery service split the delivery across two days despite my instructions to just reschedule the entire delivery. This meant that half of the products were sat outside my house while I was on holiday.”

“Was thinking about this this morning. As this is your premium product the packaging gets all messed up and crumpled at the slightest delivery issue or use / and the colours / design do not feel premium / high end / on trend at all. You have a massive opportunity being chosen by Gails - needs to reflect the type of people of creative people buying it.”
