About MOMA:

MOMA was launched from a railway arch in Deptford back in 2006, with our bircher muesli and oat smoothies sold from a converted filing cabinet at Waterloo station. We’ve come along way since then, but we’re still passionate about skilfully crafting the tastiest products from the finest quality jumbo oats, and still based in the same arches where it all began.

I’m getting a lot of what looks like oat flakes/oat bran floating to the top of the pot - dark brown in colour and although it mixes in, it looks unpleasant and has never been an issue before. The smell is now nothing like golden syrup, but a synthetic sweetener, and it tastes the same way too. I know the packaging has recently altered but it feels like the recipe or ingredients have been cheapened too. I don’t know if it’s just me. I’m always so impressed with MOMAs service and products, so I don’t like to criticise but something isn’t right anymore!

I think the taste has changed with the new packaging? They claim it's the same tasta, but the ingredients list and nutritional info is different. I think the new taste is worse, and now the great taste certification is for the old recipe.

I love this product but could only find it available now in sachets which are ok but not easy to measure the milk into the sachet. I had a few spillages when I tried to look inside the sachet for the measuring line I I loved the pots because you can take them to work and just pour the milk straight in with no fuss Please bring back the tubs 🥲 Eileen Barton

I love the barista oat milk and have been using it for a couple of years. I have no issues with the quality of the product, and think it is by far the best oat milk for adding to hot drinks. I do wish that the delivery company would be reviewed as the recent delivery had two completely empty squashed cartons, and the rest of the box absolutely soaked. I reported it to Moma immediately and have heard nothing back. I also reported that I was not happy to the delivery company. The driver left boxes that were collapsing and soaked and didn't ring doorbell.

Hi I have been buying Moma porridge firstly from Tesco then direct for the last 4 years and this last batch I have been a little disappointed in with reference to what seems a reduction in the amount of raisins in each sachet

MOMA Barista oat drink is an excellent product which not only makes delicious coffee but also makes porridge taste even better. However, the company’s general administration and customer service is woefully lacking. I have had no response from the company regarding the issues I raised a week ago.

Could do better with responding to emails

Sadly, Moma seems intent on getting rid of most of its porridge varieties that do not contain nuts. Many of us (including me) have a nut allergy, and so now the Apple, Date and Caramel variety is to be discontinued, this will be my last order.

Kenneth Farquhar Thank you for letting us know your thoughts. We're so sorry that you received products that had a low shelf life. With all of our products, 90 days before the expiry date is the minimum time we allow whilst still selling the product. This means that unfortunately this product slipped through the cracks and was sent to you, we do apologize. If you send us an email at getintouch@momafoods.co.uk we would love to resolve this issue for you :) Best wishes, Martha

The deliveries have been taking quite a long time recently, I appreciate that this might be more of an issue with the delivery company than Moma though. One thing I think you guys could drastically improve is the amount of packaging used with deliveries. There is always a disproportionate amount of protective plastic or card in the delivery box and this is both a pain to dispose of and a massive waste. Zero complaints with the product though. It's the best oat milk on the market, a million times better than Oatly and Minor Figures!

Hi Dominic, So glad you're enjoying our oat milk, but apologies our deliveries are taking longer. We haven't been made aware of this by DPD but will check in to see why this is happening. Packaging wise, with oat milk it's a bit of a toss up between using too much, or ending up with lots of broken cartons so apologies if the balance isn't right at the moment and we will look into this :) Best wishes, Martha

Love Love Love the Oat Milk. HATE the delivery service! who consistently fail ( x3) to bring it up the stairs and are too lazy to ring a doorbell most of the time. Moma use Boughey, who outsource to DPD and both are terrible for delivery, delivering to out of the way pick up locations instead of when waiting at home.

Has become very expensive and will need to reconsider ordering in future

The price keeps going up, often some flavour out of stock, and loyal customers are not really rewarded. Very convenient product though, easy breakfast if on the move.

Love the 'instant' just add boiling water range. We don't have a microwave and cooking porridge in a pan is just too much hassle not justifying the end result. Additionally buying the porridge in pots seems a waste of materials.
