About MOMA:

MOMA was launched from a railway arch in Deptford back in 2006, with our bircher muesli and oat smoothies sold from a converted filing cabinet at Waterloo station. We’ve come along way since then, but we’re still passionate about skilfully crafting the tastiest products from the finest quality jumbo oats, and still based in the same arches where it all began.

1. I have always enjoyed the high quality standard of the MOMA Original Oatmilk. 2. I informed MOMA recently that your retail supermarket Sainsbury's has ceased ranging that MOMA producteir retail shelves and will not supply MOMA Oatmilk for home delivery purchase online. 3. Recently receiving first 1st direct MOMA home delivery your contracted courier refused to deliver the heavy 4 cartons to my frontdoor doorstep and instead dropped it in a public unsafe insecure area

Great product but badly let down by the lack of care from customer service dept. ( if it exists) Only phone number listed is not recognised. Completed customer contact form on Moma website & have had absolutely no acknowledgement or response.!!!.

Short dated item was sent. I complained and STILL awaiting informative reply. Would not order from you again! I like your products but really don’t need this unnecessary hassle. REPLY PLEASE!!

My original order was not delivered due to it being damaged in transit. Several days later, I'm still waiting for its replacement... no word as to when it'll be dispatched.

I've given Moma excellent reviews before, but my part order of porridge arrived in a wet box a week ago and the milk order was missing. Someone was looking into the missing milk but it appears to have been forgotten.

Hi Ksenia, We're so sorry your order has been delayed. Unfortunately a few orders of our plain sachets slipped through once the product had gone out of stock. I've asked that the other items in your order are fulfilled and then your plain sachets will be sent separately once they're back in stock.
