About MOMA:

MOMA was launched from a railway arch in Deptford back in 2006, with our bircher muesli and oat smoothies sold from a converted filing cabinet at Waterloo station. We’ve come along way since then, but we’re still passionate about skilfully crafting the tastiest products from the finest quality jumbo oats, and still based in the same arches where it all began.

These used to be good, as you could just add boiling water, making them great food for trips etc. They now need you to add milk and microwave them, which just isn't viable for my needs. I wish I hadn't bought them, and won't be buying more

Our order was for Raspberry and Coconut muesli, but we received Raspberry and Apple muesli.

These oats have changed - used to be large oats, now like powder. Horrid. Just like any other brand now. And I have 24 of them to eat!

Oat Milk is one of the best however after struggling local to buy it I set up subscription! I am still waiting for delivery 9 days later, even though website states aim to deliver within 2 days!!! The lack of communication trying to find where my order is and non exsistant customer service due to lack of response from emails or social media is shocking! I have now bought a different brand and looking for a refund!!

Never received the order and received no response to emails sent querying about the non complete order. Hugely dissappointing especially as a first time buyer trying out the milk.

Hi, I've been drinking MOMA milk since 2021, always loved the product and good service on the website. However my Order #26514 hasn't arrived and I haven't received a refund or any news on why the order hasn't arrived. Not sure what's happened and haven't received a response to my e-mail to 'getintouch@momafoods.co.uk'.

Item was returned to moma by carrier service and never delivered to me. Moma don’t respond to emails / their contact page, and don’t have a phone number. Do not buy from here - if there is a problem with your order they will not help you

Usually it’s a really good service but unfortunately I have not received my order or a response to my email regarding to where the order is. This is not the first time it’s happened but the response was quick and the issue was resolved last time unlike now where it’s been a week and nothing resolved.

The website didn't make it clear that only certain porridges can be made instantly with hot water. After placing my order I then realised the porridges I had ordered needed a microwave so I contacted Moma to cancel my order. The order was dispatched but was sent back to the warehouse before it got to me. I contacted Moma regarding a refund and haven't heard anything for several days and remain out of pocket. Poor experience overall.

I ordered 2 plain Moma porridge sachets on 25 September paying £35.60 with free shipping - order number #24316 DPD UK tracking number 4228447363 but it has not arrived…. Please sort this out for me…

Frankly if I had received the order I would be happy to write a review. Sadly altho I placed and paid for an order over a week ago I have not yet received it. I have had an email to tell me I need to collect from a post office quite a drive away from my rural location. I have no idea why as there is always someone in at our house, so no idea why it was not delivered. As I opted for subscription I will be cancelling that as I do not want to have these issues every month. I am sad about this as when i ordered I had thought Moma was a good product. To date I have no idea so cannot place a review. As is obvious I am a bit frustrated!

The oat milk is excellent, and we’re very pleased you now use paper padding rather than plastic in your boxes. Bit odd that the star-rating was already fixed at 5 when I opened the page, and is unchangeable - but I might have given you 5 anyway!
