“Prices are fair, i’ve been once a few years ago to their shop.
I’ve ordered two e-liquids, they were absolutely delicious, customer service was spot on.
Only complain i have is delivery time, i made my order the 5th of March(?) and only received it like nearly 3 weeks after.
I know i ordered from Italy, and now that UK isn’t anymore in eu shipping time has become bigger, but thats a little bit too much having to wait almost like a month to receive my order.
Get me right, the shop is pretty good, professional, helping and prices are fair, they do have a wide range of products and some interesting offers, but having to order from another country just to have access to some e-liquids i cant find here i would have liked to have received sooner.
Just a thought, ill order probably in large quantities, cause it seems like the only good scenario to wait a month”
“You deserve five stars for efficiency and helpfulness. But I always have trouble with your payment system. I suspect that you have some nonsense time restraint on completing and order and, as Lloyds Bank have introduced a delay in processing the Visa payment by making me wait until they phone me, your system times me out and the order fails. 'S OK as your ever-friendly help folk step in with a work-around using a Visa wallet or some-such, Kudos to them but a bit of a thumbs-down to the system devs!”
“Love the vape, beautiful and smooth Good weight too. Battery life however, isn't a great as stated. For me it's fine I work 9 hours a day and can't vape so it lasts me but on a day off I'll need to charge it. My partner needs to charge her sometimes twice a day. Site was a bit particular had source code all over (no matter how many times I closed and opened etc). And got 1.2 juice not 0.3.. so 10 boxes going to waste.. love the blue marble effect though!”
“I’ve bought from here a few times before and i’m a fan of the juices but this time I didn’t receive my package, spent about £50 for it to not get to me, naturally very displeased. Update: the problem was with the postal service rather than Mist, who were very helpful in providing me details on how to amend the error. Would continue to recommend Mist going forward”

“Great service delivery took a little longer then expected as I ordered mine a day before my wife ordered new batteries and hers arrived 2 days before mine but I understand that at this time of year deliverys can Be little arratic but all in all a good company ,”
“The customer service is excellent. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong box mod but Aiden from Mist went above and beyond to put things right and I received a replacement in short order. A Geekvape L200 legend 2 which I highly recommend cheap and better than the two previous SMOK mods I used. Would give 5 stars had it not been for the mix up with the order.”

“Great flavour not overpowering, or super sweet, only gripe is the bottle on one suddenly became impossible to open normally, the safety twist off obviously wore out and no longer grips.”
