“Unfortunately, Prices are higher than other websites such as eBay or other vaping websites. I found the voopoo seal for nearly £10 cheaper elsewere but only I'd bought my voopoo off this website. Won't be making the same mistake again.
Apart from the prices being nearly double what I can pay on eBay, the juices were nice, I didn't like the peanut butter one that didn't taste very nice at all.
Overall I wouldn't recommend this website as the prices aren't competitive.”

We can not compete with prices on eBay due to the ocean of competition between the number of sellers. Not to mention a lot of cheaper eBay sellers will often sell at a loss to gain new customers, credibility and positive feedback.

“Transaction easy enough and still love Elf Bar disposables. However, delivery was far from quick and I have since learnt that the variety of flavours on offer aren't anyway near as comprehensive as some of their competitors. Can't see me using again, which is such a shame as I would have never looked around if I'd have received the same service with my second purchased, as I did with my first. It is great that they have a customer services telephone number, but it does however seem pretty pointless when they just blame it all on the Royal Mail!”

“website misleading Website needs to make it clear when your purchasing a tank that requires batteries, to state how many batteries you need... other websites do.. Plus when I checked other websites for batteries they were cheaper than your website for the same battery”
“Had some problems with website this morning and couldn’t get past the confirm order button and the website just seemed to get stuck. Had to repeat the order three times and it eventually went through. Hopefully they will sort this out soon. Thanks for the reply. Actually live chat didn’t sort the problem. I had to close down the browser, reopen and re log-in three times before I was eventually taken to the Paypal site for payment. None of this was recommended by live chat.”
