“I always receive great customer service from Mist, the staff are very knowledgeable and the products are shipped really quickly. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because sometimes what I want is out of stock. I prefer to buy from Mist over any of their competitors.”

This would have been a five star review, but for the excessive plastic used in packaging [10ml bottles of e liquid - selling to adults who buy half a litre at once and would be delighted to receive their purchase in a single bottle!]. This may be as a result of government directive, but MIST appear to be doing little by way of campaigning to reverse this terrible parliamentary decision.”
“The most important things first: the eliquids themselves are excellent (I've tried most of the tobacco flavours), the prices are great and the service is impeccable. I took a star off for two smaller things: firstly, there used to be a steel needle-like applicator which was excellent for top-filling clearomizers which has now gone, and secondly - what happened to the colour? I really liked the very pale straw-coloured liquid, but my latest batch is kind of fluorescent yellow. Trivial but off-putting!”

“I have only ordered from this company once so far, but ordering my eliquid was very easy. Their prices are very fair, and my order arrived in less than 24 hours. When buying eliguids you're not familiar with, you take a gamble. Personally, I found their eliguids a bit sweet tasting for my liking. I prefer something with a bit of aniseed or menthol. I ordered blackcurrant and cherry flavours from them, and I found them both a little too sweet for me. I would recommend Mist liquids to people who like sweeter vape liquids.”
“I bought the fruity box as i wanted to try different mist flavours . I did want to try 2 specific flavours , unfortunately these 2 flavours were out of stock lol it says in the discriotion .. I may receive alternatives so can't really complain! Most flavours were nice . Only really disliked the cherry !”

Although this delay made me rethink my purchase it was worth the wait and I am really happy with my Juicy Peach liquid which is full of flavour and produces good clouds”
“These are a good bunch of guys. Have kept their site clean and easy to use. Good offers on occasion. Delivery prompt and and accurate. The only thing negative I would have to say is that when a product goes out of stock it is out for a very,very long time. Highway concentrate springs to mind, 2 months now and counting. I have no concerns when the products I want are in stock that I will get them quickly.”
