“Ordered a Waterford Crystal clock for our bowling club groundsman who was retiring. It was delivered in a timely ( sorry for the pun ) manner but turned out to be faulty…the clock just didn’t work. E mailed Neil at Milly's who was very apologetic and ensured me that a replacement would be posted to me. Although this took a few weeks, the delay was not the fault of Millys…Neil did everything he could to expedite the matter. Replacement clock section arrived today, reinserted into the crystal surround and presented (again ) to our groundsman. Good company to deal with who treat their customers well.”

“This order took a while to arrive with one email stating it was due before the 16th feb which was approx 2 weeks after ordering , it actually arrived 21st not very good at responding to emails either maybe very busy x”

“As always items delivered in a reasonable time especially considering i ordered as part of bday sale, we'll packaged. Looking forward to trying some different scents but still got rhubarb as it's a customer favourite”

“I love the shampoos. Sadly this order 3 bottles where squashed 1 was leaking so I poured into a spare container. I've asked 3 times for 2 plastic bottles to pour the shampoo in as the lids are so damaged I cannot open and use a pump. After providing all the delivery info that was asked I've been ignored. Unfortunately won't be ordering again.”
