I love the products but my last delivery took over a month to arrive, I tried to contact Milly’s fur an update but messages and emails sent were not replied to. Some of my products didn’t have any labels au unable to see directions in how to use.

First order was paid for next day delivery. After 4 days I contacted Millys who advised there had been an error, someone "new" had closed the order, so they would send the order out and refund the £7.00 delivery charge. The order did arrive but an item was missing. I called back and they advised this would be sent ASAP along with some samples but that they mainly deal with large orders & advised ordering via my groomer. Thats not whst the website states. No samples arrived with the order. I put this down to bad luck, ordered again, order arrived and one of the items has no label on it, its just a blank pump bottle. I'm really not impressed & whilst the products are good, they aren't cheap & the customer journey is terrible. I'm looking for a better brand now as I just don't trust Millys to get my order right

Shampoos are great. Unfortunately one of the ‘non drip pumps’ I ordered doesn’t work. I contacted Millys a week ago about this and had no response.

Always been happy with thr product. They small gorgeous and natural! The issue I have is with postage. I paid next day delivery and it didn't arrive for 1 week. It should be available if they are unable to achieve this request. I did receive money back for my postage after I contacted someone. But that also took 2 days for them to contact me.

I bought a 250ml bottle of Milly's Rhubarb & Dark Plum shampoo for my dog. I love the product itself it smells divine and makes me want to hug and smell my dog all day. Unfortunately the bottle had leaked during delivery so it was a bit of a disappointment on arrival to have to clean it up, but also very expensive considering reduced quantity of shampoo left.

I am a dog groomer and currently looking for a new shampoo provider, so thought I’d try Milly’s for the first time. Delivery service was excellent and extremely fast. The quality of the shampoo is great, dogs coats feel very clean and shiny, creates good lather and rinses well. The downside is I ordered 2 different shampoos and unfortunately the scent in the aloe and oatmeal shamooo is non existent (I didn’t notice on the description saying that it’s non scented) which was very disappointing. The rhubarb and plumb scent is ok but unfortunately reminds me of a cleaning product rather than a lush shampoo. So all in all great quality shampoo, disappointing smells.

Unfortunately it was my first order, the order I received was the incorrect shampoo. Love the smell of this shampoo but my hands have reacted so Unfortunately I won't be buying the shampoo again. But will be ordering the colognes again.

I love your products but the only down side is the £10.99 delivery! We stay only 10 miles from Aberdeen but are classed as Highlands & Islands! Ridiculous! The only reason I ordered this time was because you had a sale on. I have ordered from other company's which charge much less for delivery and sometimes even free delivery, I think you need to re evaluate your postage charges as you are the most expensive and use the same delivery company's which others have used and they charge alot less! I would change my salon to Milly's products only but can't keep justifying this charge.
