“I do love the products but delivery times are awful! I don’t think I’ve ever had an order that I haven’t had to chase up. Last order took 6 weeks to arrive. Admittedly it was during their birthday promotion but I think that’s a crazy amount of time to arrive. Score is based solely on delivery times not the products. Sadly it’s put me off ordering as it’s a constant problem. A dog groomer can’t be without shampoo. Plus I’d love it if they got my name correct as per the order!”

“My go to brand of shampoo, kinder on hands, kinder on skin, kinder to nature and just all round amazing I'm never disappointed with the quality of your products and with the high dilution ratio as well it means it lasts 10x longer than other brands”

“Good products when they actually arrive!! So the star rating is based on delivery. Order placed on 2nd February!!! I realise it was a birthday promotion and orders could take up to 20 working days to be delivered but, come on, that has now expired and still no update on delivery. I've had to order products in from another supplier on Monday 24th and they arrived on Thursday 27th.”

“My dog groomer uses these products and I absolutely love how my dog smells when I collect her , so I’ve ordered a few times before . Since my dog has had her pups and we kept 1 daughter I needed to replenish my shampoo & cologne this time I ordered , rhubarb & black plum shampoo & matching cologne . I love stronger smells and that last ! These are so yummy I just keep needing to smell the pair of them . My living room smell lovely after if finished drying and spritzing the dogs . Big hit for us , thank you 🐾🐶”

“Products arrived and are great sadly nearly 3 weeks for delivery is disappointing especially the price you pay. I didnt read anywhere delivery took this long but no options for postage either just set fee.”

“Cosmo my Standard Poodle has a yeast infection on his coat. It's all to do with his immune system. A change of diet has helped. He has been having a special injections once a month to help with his condition, since I have been using Milly's Oat and Aloe shampoo, which I dap on the infection, it has help a great deal. We are now trying every 6 weeks, and if he contiues to get a lot better we may have a longer stretch with the jabs.”
