“Hi I have always been very happy with the products supplied by yourself and have used Millie’s for years now. I always thought it was a lovely touch to put sweets in the order and as a dog groomer was very much appreciated, it also made me feel that you cared and that I wasn’t just another number. Much to my disappointment there were no sweets this time just a thank you card, which to me was a waste of paper, I felt more appreciated with the sweets, please bring the sweets back and show you care. Thanks Andrea Radford”

“I contacted Millys on recommendation. Easy to order on their website. The cologne smells gorgeous , but what let it all down was the delivery by Evri. A telephone call soon rectified all, and the cologne finally did arrive. I haven't received my postage back yet as was promised, but I'm sure I will. The gentleman I spoke to, was polite, and helpful. I believe a partner. I would order from them again.”

“Their ethical and handmade vegan approach I absolutely love. I have heard amazing things about their love and peace so I have bought this in though not yet had a change to try it. It smells very clean, natural, subtle and not artificial. I am excited to try this.”

“Everything smells absolutely amazing !! I love how all shampoos have a matching cologne. Although payment via stripe made things very difficult and my order wasn’t able to be dispatched for a couple weeks. (only reason I mark 4/5 rather than full 5 stars)”

“Great products, it’s a shame they have poor delivery. Ordered next day delivery and it arrived over a week later. I had to chase this up on their live chat as after a week, the items still hadn’t been dispatched.”

“Very happy with Cucumber and Melon dog cologne on my Shitzu. Smells lovely and fresh. I use it daily after his walk and keeps dog odour away.”

“This order took a while to arrive with one email stating it was due before the 16th feb which was approx 2 weeks after ordering , it actually arrived 21st not very good at responding to emails either maybe very busy x”

“I have found the shampoos really good and smell nice, leave a very clean coat and do not dry out my hands. Dogs do not have any skin issues after use, I usually buy the cucumber and blueberry shampoo, apart from the Shea shampoo, which left black dogs with white flaky dandruff. White dogs may have had it too, but you could not see it. The only other downside is, the inconsistency of the shampoo density, as this varies every time I buy it (I always buy the same shampoos). Some batches seem to be more watered down and others have a really good dilution ratio.”

“Just wash Bobby using the soothing mud for the first time as he's suffering with inflamed and itchy skin and the best thing is you don't need to use a lot as it goes along way but also smells lovely. He must smell so nice because his brother decided to give him a lick 🙈🙈”

“Have always loved & used Millie’s for our 4 dogs & 2 cats. Very disappointed that you have stopped the cat food as our cats loved it. One of our dogs now seems to be allergic to lots of meats so are trying an alternative. Would also be useful if you did a small bite version for smaller dogs as we have a toy poodle who now older struggles with the full sized Millie’s. I always recommend your food to others.”

“Hi The products I recieved are beautifully packaged and smell divine. my only criticism is that postage to Northern Ireland is £15. Which is not discounted when I placed an order of over £100 even though the rest of the UK would have it delivered for free”
