“Lot of cars arrived damaged because of poor packaging at Maqio depot. Maqio agreed return and replacements but initially I had to pay return postage and then further contact them to get this refunded. No compensation or additional items offered for the problems suffered but I did get replacement cars.. Customer care was ok but not the best”
