I have returned my items by post. Waiting for a refund. Very bad customer service. You do not answer your phone or emails.

I basically lived in their old full tracksuits. However they have recently change provider and the quality and fit has completely changed. Won't be back

I bought these because according to their sizing they were a UK 30 but on trying them on they were far too small ( I'm a size 26 but like things baggy) when I got in touch they told me to return them but won't pay the postage, if their sizing is wrong then they should pay for the return, I'm in the middle of discussing it with trading standards.

The sizes are mentioned in the item description and specification. It simply did not fit the customer. Replied the message to return the items for a full refund. The customer is trying to deceive and falsely claim that the item is not as described and wants to get the FREE items. The customer is requesting a full refund without returning the items.
I bought this nightdress expecting it to be cotton which is what was stated in the description, nowhere did it say that it was cotton jersey, why would I want to wear cotton jersey in the height of summer!

The wrong size was either inadvertently ordered or dispatched. I emailed on receipt of the goods to ask how I could exchange and didn't receive any response.

I ordered a 2xl boxers and got large . Then have to pay for return and get told I'd get a refund . Not what I asked I asked for the roght size which I guess is just a big problem. Not a good company to do business with unfortunately

Really nice material I must say however, I paid for next day delivery… only to receive the wrong size. After contacting them, they only replied in a very unprofessional manner and said in their email “We did send the correct size…”. I could not believe it. This was my first order with them. I sent them the photo evidence and they then responded that the clothing may just have the incorrect label attached. Anyone with a bit of common sense would have known if that was the case especially after paying extra for next day delivery! This whole experience has left me £5 out of pocket as they refuse to refund my wasted delivery fee.

So I wanted to order a tracksuit for my husband’s birthday and came across Malay Apparel. Ordered next day delivery which cost me a fiver! The item came BUT… THE WRONG SIZE!!!!! SMALL bottoms with an XL top! I contacted them immediately but being a Saturday, I didn’t receive a reply until the Monday. Well all I can say is thank goodness for ASOS. The response that I received from Malay was extremely unprofessional and rude. I told them the problem and the following is their exact response that I have copied and pasted: Hello, Thank you for contacting us. Well, your order was Size Small and we did post the correct item. The size is Small Top and Small Bottom. Could you send me the pictures of the item you received? Thanks Regards, Team MalayApparel.

I will never, ever use Malay Apparel again. I received the incorrect product and when I emailed Malay about it I was treated with absolute disdain. The after sales service is shocking! I have attached the photo you have on your website to show what I ordered as well as a photo to show what I received. Clearly not the same nightie and yet your after sales service told me it was!! I replied that it is absolutely not the same nightie and I said that an acknowledgement from Malay that I was sent the incorrect nightie (or is it that you have false advertising?) together with an apology for the inconvenience caused would go a long way. I was however ignored again and just told to send it back! I had purchased the nightie as a gift to be sent overseas and did not have time to return it and then hope I would be sent the correct item (particularly as Malay refused to acknowledge that it was indeed the incorrect item). I am frankly very surprised that you are still in business with this type of attitude but I suppose you rely on the fact that people are often too busy to do anything about it so just have to accept the poor (or incorrect) product and service.

Absolutely disgusting company! I am taking them to trading standards! Ordered pyjamas which arrived with a hole in them! I was told to send them back at my own cost! Rude staff, I WOULD ADVISE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
