“Absolutely disgusting company! I am taking them to trading standards! Ordered pyjamas which arrived with a hole in them! I was told to send them back at my own cost! Rude staff, I WOULD ADVISE NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY”

“I ordered some 3xl pyjamas that are the same size as Large pyjamas when compared with Joliman & John Lewis. Obviously Malay does not use the same sizing as other onlne retailers.”

“The cotton nighties were over priced for the actual quality of the garment. Also I paid for next day delivery and it did not arrive for a few days with no offer of refund for the shipping despite spending over £50 and emailing to advise that my next day delivery had not actually arrived ‘next day’. To add insult to injury I then had to spend out more money to return the awful night wear :-/ not a good company and found the products sold cheaper under another name which was suspicious. Avoid !!!!”

“Items of 3 women's nighties got for Christmas presents have holes under all the arms. Only been worn since Christmas and followed all the right washing instructions. Clearly items are faulty but as got before Christmas so over the month for returning seller won't accept responsibility for the bad quality.”
