“I have been using Neil for years. Nothing is too much trouble and he is always keen to meet our sometimes awkward requirements. We have always been pleased with the quality of the products we receive and have never felt the need to shop elsewhere.”

“What can I say about Charlotte? Charlotte is amazing! Whenever I contact her with an urgent order she will do everything she can to make it happen (she has never let me down). Nothing is too much trouble and she will respond quickly to any request providing a good price and a realistic delivery date. It is a pleasure to work with Charlotte and the LSi team.”

“We're relatively new business customers of LSI but they have been brilliant. Our account manager, Charlotte, is very attentive and is super quick to respond to our queries. The quality of their produce is great and they can turn an order around very quickly, which is ideal for a company like ours! They are quick to fix minor issues and will enjoy working with them in the future.”

“I have worked with LSI for almost 5 years now and they are always a pleasure to work with! Charlotte is always there to support us - with fast quotes, excellent customer service and problem solving! She comes to us with new ideas and is always thinking outside of the box! If something were to go wrong, I know that Charlotte and her team would always ensure it is fixed and process put in place to stop it happening again. Her prices are always competitive, the quality is great and will always give me different cost options for different budgets. Kerry always keeps us up to date with our orders and is quick to answer any queries. Pagan is great at keeping a smooth sailing of our e-shop customer services. The guys in the print room – Dan and Aidan - are always fast to help, come up with ideas and give advice on printing processes. Everyone is always pleasure to work with and will continue working with them in the future!”
