“Charlotte and her team have been amazing with ordering a new merch range. Will definitely be ordering again with LSI - super helpful and speedy replies (which is essential when clients change what they want/need last minute). Great at sending updates on orders and liaising with our warehouses!”

“I'd previously worked with Lynda and the LSi team at a previous employer and they did a great job of meeting our branded merchandise requirements. An upcoming rebrand which involved a significant branded merchandise order, coupled with the positive experience I'd encountered previously, ensured Lynda and the LSi Team were the first supplier I thought of to print our new merchandise. LSi were a joy to work with again and their diverse offering of promotional items matched our requirements. Lynda, along with Savannah were both incredibly supportive and responsive at all stages of the ordering process. I can't thank Lynda, Savannah and the wider LSi Team enough for providing an exemplary service throughout. “We've worked with LSi for years and always have an amazing experience. Charlotte recently helped out with a large order of multiple items and was incredibly patient while I asked for various quotes, options and ideas. We're over the moon with the merchandise we received and it's already been a hit with everyone who has been lucky enough to grab some from us! The products are really high quality and look amazing. Charlotte and Kerry helped at every stage of the process, from ideas and quotes to ensuring the final print was perfect. The customer service is 10/10 and we look forward to working with LSi on many more projects as they manage to know exactly what we'll need and what the best options are for us and our budget.”

“LSi have always been fantastic for us! Lynda does everything she possibly can to help us, including competitive pricing, high quality items, and meeting even the most seemingly impossible deadline. Getting proofs is super quick and signing off artwork is so easy. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our merchandise, Lynda has proved to us time and time again that they're the best around and are a truly valued by us!”

George has been extremely helpful with sourcing what we need, delivering on a competitive price, and ensuring we have the items when we need them. “Easy access to website and products, always quick to respond with any queries and nothing they cannot help you with. Amy and Neil are exceptional with customer service, i have never felt so valued as a customer. Delivery times are good for the products you received but also will do their best if you have a deadline you may need them by. Nothing is too much for the company in terms of anything you need.
