“LSI are an excellent company to work with. They are extremely quick and consistent with their communication and deliver on their promise in providing quality products. We had a company event back in June and required a considerable amount of merchandise; Charlotte was a great support in this process, was patient with changes in requests and designs and ultimately helped us have a great experience.”

“Shout out to Charlotte Waters! She is amazing! We connected a while ago, but I moved roles and wasn't in charge or merch for a few years. Then, I started at a new company and needed to order some last minute items for a big company-wide event and Charlotte helped me look like a champ! She was so incredibly helpful to help me select the right items to represent our brand. And the other LSI team members I interacted with were equally helpful and kind. I got everything in time for the event and the quality was on point. Great work to everyone. I'm excited for what we're going to order next!”

“I've been dealing with LSi for a few years know, for our promo goods. They have always been brilliant. Dan is always really helpful and friendly. The products are always good quality and arrive quickly. Highly recommend using LSi!”

“I've used LSi for merch for years and years, and can't recall having had any issues... until this week. A courier company returned my goods to sender (after one failed delivery - my team were all on site, so it's all a bit weird!) and were incredibly rude about it... The absolute worst in customer service and the polar opposite of LSi. However, there is a happy ending... LSi's Savannah kept in touch with me throughout, working to resolve the issues (none of which were LSi's fault) and managed to locate the goods, get them sent back to me (via a different courier!) and, thankfully, they still arrived before my trade show next week. I don't think I can stress enough how Savannah went above and beyond to make sure I was kept informed and that the goods made it to me. She truly is a credit to LSi and I don't think we'd have had our giveaways in time without her help! Thanks so, so much, Savannah; I really appreciate all your help!”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but I really felt LSI deserved a note of thanks for their excellent customer service. Right from the start, they helped me find the products that were most suitable for our business, no sales pressure, just honest advice. Dan, Sarah, and others have been friendly, efficient, and most importantly, they actually do what they say they’ll do. I’ve been genuinely impressed by the product quality and how quickly everything moved from enquiry to delivery. Thanks again.”

“LSI Were fantastic! We ordered some branded socks and they went above and beyond to ensure they were delivered before our deadline. They kindly let us look at the product before we bulk ordered to ensure we were happy with the quality and they exceeded our expectations! Louis was brilliant, he was OOO with customers on the day I enquired but his boss Chris came back immediately (within minutes) and Louis responded as soon as he was back in the office. Great Team - Fantastic products - 10/10 will be using these guys again! Thank you all for a great experience!”

“Excellent customer service from Charlotte, Kerry and team at LSi. From requesting pricing for a product at 10am on Friday, the branded items were all delivered before 10am on the following Monday - not sure you can beat that speed!”

“Great experience working with Dan Farrar and the wider team at LSI. They couldn't help more when it came to ensuring tight delivery timescales were met and promptly responding to emails. They also helped us to stick within budget while still getting all of the merch we wanted/needed for our event.”

“Thanks to Neil with his professional knowledge and understating of the products we need for our school and of course bundles of patience we now have a very sleek looking staffroom of mugs, water bottles , lanyards for staff and umbrellas- we are looking forward to working again with Neil and the LSI team when we re brand!”
