“LSI always go above and beyond to help with our requirements. Lynda is always at the other end of the phone for those urgent requests and seem to always make the impossible, possible. “I used LSi for the first time this year after meeting Charlotte and B2B Makreting Expo. We couldnt be happier with the products we received and the customer service from both Charlotte and Kerry. LSi even spotted a spelling error we had made and corrected it with no issues at all! Looking forward to working with them in the future :)”

“I had dealt with several Merchandise suppliers previously and the biggest problem I faced was that every transaction was an administrative nightmare, especially when shipping to other regions, LSI makes every transaction simple, coupled with their warehousing which allows us to purchase in bulk, yet send smaller consignments to each event is brilliant. We also have a dedicated Merchandise shop where my team can order directly. Lastly having a dedicated team at LSI, that understands our needs and requirements, feels like an extension to my team and removes the headache of branded merchandise and clothing. In addition my company has very few regional offices, so ordering lots of stock was out of the question, in addition”

“Responsive & positive pre-sale support from Olly, once ordered goods arrived on time as promised. We had a small quality issue on delivery for an item but Sarah & Savannah provided excellent support to fix the problem, responding to messages within 30 mins every time without fail keeping me fully updated. Despite the issue, due to the fantastic pre-sale & post-sale customer service I would definitely recommend LSi”
