“Dan and the LSI team provide a professional, friendly and speedy service. “I have been using LSI for a few years now and would not use any other company. Dan F is my main contact and he will go above and beyond to help. The whole team there are friendly, polite and extremely professional. The quality of products and the service I receive is second to none with a super fast turnaround. Their products are always of the highest quality, and they have a fantastic selection to choose from, with quick turnarounds. “I contacted LSi with a very tight deadline on some branded merchandise needed for a new site opening. They were very responsive both Neil at the quote stage and Amy with the design work. Kept me informed as the order progressed and made what was a stressful situation that bit easier!”

“We've continually used LSi due to their quick response time, clear and transparent communication and the quality of products sourced. Helen (our account manager) will always respond in a timely fashion and be honest enough to tell us if she needs to find something out first (a quality missing from a lot of companies - communication, if it's good or bad news, we still want to know asap) I would recommend LSI and Helen to anyone.”

“While onboarding our company, our account manager, Charlotte, assisted us with a separate time-sensitive order for the senior executive assistant for our CEO. The request was for pens to be used at a senior-level offsite. The branded pens were delivered on time and were of very good quality. My colleague was very pleased with the result and enjoyed the brief exchange with the wider LSi team. Looking forward to the year ahead with more orders to come.”

George is the account manager, he goes above and beyond with all the orders I place, even when some of them are extremely tight deadlines. I would say the whole team at LSI provide an excellent service The quality of the goods are excellent and are always delivered on time.
