“I rang to enquire about a mobility scooter I had seen on their website. The person I spoke with was courteous and able to answer my questions. I ordered the scooter and the next day it arrived. This was impressive as I wasn't expecting such a fast delivery. I have tried it out and very happy with it so far.”
“Well Iām surprised at bad reviews having bought equipment from this company before with no problems customer service (Ryan) spot on giving me a substantial discount due to ongoing sale benefits .Delivery was extremely quick and driver was super polite and helpful . Chair arrived almost built with a few tweaks here and there , Drivability will need practice and patience for a beginner but having had a wheelchair before it comes as second nature to me. I have yet to give my opinion on durability but that will take time and use . Livewell never give me the feeling they are a shoddy company but I have yet to put them to the test of course. All in all .All in all 4 stars seems reasonable to me with an extra š if the product stands up to the durability test . Thank you”

“Nice scooter gave me back my freedom.the battery is very heavy so I need my husband to dismantle it .we have a very small car so our back seats need to be put down to get the scooter in. Its comfortable and easy to drive I love it”
