“Feeling a bit misled over the quietness of the Eco 600 pump I purchased especially as it was one of the operating criteria I discussed with your staff. Also not at all happy with the way Royal Mail kept apologising but persisted in sending my pump to parts of Scotland before I finally received it, but that wasn't your fault. All told really cheesed off with the whole transaction process. Karl Zawisza.”
