“AMAZING delivery and customer service. Lincs offered the best price for the vivarium I wanted and charged no extra to deliver it. [Swell could have supplied the vivarium for the same price, once they had it back in stock, but would have charged £70 to deliver it on a pallet. I would have had difficulty getting the vivarium off the pallet and into the lift up to my flat and would have hoped to 'persuade' (with £20 or so) the DPD/ParcelForce/whoever driver to assist me]. When Lincs called 3 days after I ordered - they'd quoted 3-5 days, so it was well on-time - to say they could deliver next day, I asked if the driver would be able to assist me get it up to my flat. I was beyond delighted when I was told "that's why we're delivering it in our own van, to assist you getting it to your residence". The other benefit of Lincs' amazing personal delivery service - which I understand they do when appropriate, so not for EVERY item! - is that I know vivaria on pallets are prone to breaking in transit. So the fact that they drove all the way down from Lincolnshire to deliver to me in central London allayed fears of that happening too! I do not typically write reviews as I do not have time, but I was SO pleased to find a company offering such a superb service - and for goods sold at the best price I could find in the U.K. - I felt I must make the time. Thank you very very much to all at Lincs who made the fulfilment of my order such a pleasure for me.”
