“90% satisfaction because the quality is ok, unfortunately the doors cannot be adjusted properly and they rub, on one side there is a slight gap between them and on the other they actually touch each other??? the aquarium is stable, which is the most important thing.”

“Really disappointed and won’t be buying local again.. I had seen a hamac water feature online at Lincs aquatics. I paid in full £244 with delivery. And being a local business I thought I’d help them out and actually collect it myself. On arrival they have brought out an ex display item which was no way near the colour as advertised. And they knew this and have attempted to continue to sell the item anyway. When saying I’m not happy with the item as it be clearly not as advertised, the staff member said we could consider buying the larger water feature of £335 which is similar to what we had intentionally bought, for a discounted price. When asking the staff member about the discounted price of the larger item. The staff member had said we could have £50 off the price advertised, of which we would have been happy with. However the staff member had decided to ammend the price online to £399 whilst stood there and made us aware that he had. For a reputable business, this is very poor advertising of a product.. and then changing the prices to suit them.. I have added photos showing the price advertised which has now changed”
