“Had to set up account before making purchase. Didn’t enter telephone number during the process. Then was unable to check-out without telephone number, and no scope to go back to amend account details, so needed intervention of IT member of staff. Annoying. Also, first attempt to make purchase (total value >£90), which should have automatically qualified for free postage, but the website automatically tried to add FedEx charge. Again annoying. When finally processed order, they products arrived promptly.”
