“Easy order , very good communication about delivery (thank you Mr French), and of course great product. One big problem for me , at the time.due to broken kneecap,Was the kerbside delivery which was exactly that. Man handling,25 yards to door, a 350 litre tank , which was a feat of engineering on my own with disability.”

“This would have been 5 star but unfortunately I was missed off of the email list to arrange delivery. This caused my preferred delivery day to be missed. As I was dealing with a slow leaking aquarium this was of some urgency, I therefore had to book leave to get the aquarium in and set up. However, when the mistake was identified the company did everything they could to accommodate me and offered a verbal discount on a future purchase.”
