“Initially I ordered the wrong pump for my pond. It was made difficult by the fact that Lincs Aquatics did not provide a photo on their web page. On delivery, once I had realised the mistake, I contacted them, having found the correct pump on their web page, and they were very quick in dispatching it, it being delivered within 2 days. So 5 stars for their customer service. Just waiting for my refund on the returned pump.”
