“Do not bother ordering online with these people, they probably don't have what you want. I ordered and paid for Oase IceFree Thermo 330 on 1st Sept, item in stock usually despatched within 24 hours is what was stated on their website. Payment was taken. Close of business next day I get an email "Unfortunately, we are experiencing some technical issue's regarding stock due to a new system the item/s you have ordered is currently out of stock but we do have the following" They then list two other items that are not suitable - neither have a thermostat so with todays energy costs are not a real alternative. I called to ask if I could just leave the order in place for when stock does come in and I am told not until next year! Really? Ice prevention devices not available until after winter. Looking at the reviews on this site for them, it seems their stock system leaves a lot to be desired as well as leaving me out of pocket. I also believe that taking payment for stock you do not have is illegal in the UK although the guy I spoke to with an extremely irritating manor calling me buddy and mate informs me this is quite OK. Avoid and use a decent supplier - I am going back to pond planet in Middlesborough.”

This shouldn't have happened and we apologise for this. The normal procedure for sending out items on pallets is to call or email the customer to arrange delivery unless a next-day delivery slot is picked. I have taken this feedback and have passed it on to management so they can look into ways in which we can make sure this happens!

“I ordered a litre of Cloverleaf Sludge Answer. Today I received via Royal Mail a package labelled Marina Slim Filter but containing a litre of Sludge answer and within minutes via e-mail a request to review something quite different from both those items. The good thing is that Lincs Aquatic did deliver what I ordered quite quickly despite Royal Mail's staff being on strike at the time. Also they seem to be good for a chuckle. Thanks Lincs Aquatic on both counts.”

This order has been dispatched and was sent out on the 25th of August. You have tracking information in which you can follow the progress for this, however, your item was sent out via Royal Mail so there are some extended delays due to strike action and Bank holidays. Hopefully, the item will be with you shortly and you can update this review to rectify your experience with us!
