“Paid for next day fed ex delivery. It didn’t turn up until 2 days later and was with Royal Mail. Should clearly state the cut off time for next day delivery when ordering. I ordered at 1pm but didn’t know it was 12pm cut off. It was still a day late after that anyway”

Sorry about the delay in getting the item to you! We do try and make it as clear as possible that the cut-off for the next working day is midday, however, we do try and fulfil any next days that come in as soon as possible. So if it comes in and our couiours have not been to collect then we will try and send it out the same day! In regards to this being sent out via Royal Mail, apologies about this as it should have gone via FedEx as advertised when you purchase, we have recently put in a new system with shipping orders out, and it is still in its learning stage. I have passed this on to the team that manages this to make them aware of this error so we can ensure that is fixed. As the item did not arrive in time, I have refunded you the £2.99 difference for the next-day shipping.
