“Ordered online from Lincs Aquatics after finding their site following a search for a garden ornament. They informed me that they were waiting for further stock and did I wish to cancel or wait. I decided to wait and delighted that I did, because thought out the process they kept me posted as to what was happening. Most impressively they did not charge my account until the item had been dispatched. A very honest family run company with excellent customer care.”

We do apologise for this and hope that it did not ruin the Christmas surprise. As a company, we are always looking for ways to minimise the amount of unnecessary waste we produce. At the start of 2021, we took the decision to stop double wrapping products that are already boxed and is safe to send out in the post. We have been looking into adding a packaging option at the checkout, but for us to justify doing this we wanted to look at ways we can offset this by maybe planting trees or looking into renewable energy, to help lower our carbon footprint. As we strongly belive that every business needs to do more to help, and not pass this onto the customer. But as always we take every review seriously, and would like to thank you for sharing your experience!
