Hello, we are sorry to hear you do not have your item. As discussed in emails with yourself we are looking into this, but due to it being Christmas/New Year all postal services are working limited hours. This has meant that it is taking a little longer to track down the missing parcel. As soon as normal hours are resumed we will be able to look into this and hopefully find out why Royal Mail has not been able to deliver the item. Hope this has not put you off from shopping with us in the future.
