“Beautiful placements and coasters ordered. Unfortunately, the coasters that arrived did not match the photo on your web site. Issue now resolved after a few emails. The whole order is on the way back to you for a full refund. Shame you won’t be getting the coasters I wanted back in stock.”

“Despite reading the dimensions, the candlesticks were much more substantial than expected but in a good way. They are real statement pieces on our mantle. Delivery was prompt and products really well wrapped.”

“Have made two orders with LL - quality of everything I’ve received has been great. However my second order was missing an item and there was minor damage to another item due to a packaging error. I experienced fantastic and fast customer care resulting in a part refund for the damaged item (I said in my initial mail that I wouldn’t be returning it as the damage was relatively small) and the missing item was shipped out to me the next day. Very pleased with how they handled my order feedback and happy to say I’ll still be shopping with them!”
