“Customer Service is non-existent. Two of the items I ordered were wrong, I ordered a Tall BLACK modern lantern and received a BRASS one. I ordered a Faux Clam Shell - NATURAL and received a white one. I emailed the company three times and received a generic reply - we'll get back to you etc - no-one ever did. I have had to pay £5.36 return postage for the wrong items sent even though I am not at fault and due to you not doing exchanges, the items I initially ordered are now back at full price so I can no longer get them for the sale price. It is a bad way to run a business - reviews are everything these days and you have put me off ordering from you ever again.”

Hi Cheryl I am so sorry for the frustration caused. I received your email on the 17th August at 16.38pm to which I responded on August 18th at 11.16am asking for photos of the incorrect items you had received. I also stated in this email 'Please note that we do not expect you to pay for the return if it is our mistake'. I then did not have a response from yourself with regards to this matter. I will be contact you directly to rectify this issue as we do pride ourselves on our customer service and we want to give our customers the best service possible. Kind regards Rhiannon

“Excellent gift packaging and wrapping. Good comms for delivery. Sadly one item had been incorrectly sent but a follow up email was dealt with swiftly with no hassle and the correct item sent out within a day.”

“Love your sale , I got a beautiful starfish bowl as a Christmas present for my daughter in law , who likes thing sea related and in a gift box , beautiful, for myself I got two glass boxes for my coffee table , filled already with plants and things , also a beautiful black wooden tray . All more than I expected,ordering was easy and delivered on time , I would recommend your website, I have friends asking me already were they where from so past on recommendations ❤️😀”
