“I have only recently discovered Layered Lounge & can’t recommend them highly enough.I have been blown away with the quality & unique style of their products , not to mention 1st customer service & a great loyalty programme. So far I have purchased a large rattan basket & some heavily discounted Christmas decorations ready for next year. Looking forward to shopping with them again soon !”

“An impulse buy for next Christmas (in the January sales) - beautiful glass baubles which I can tell will look fabulous on my tree, catching the light. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was perfect given the delicate nature of the contents.”

“Ordered some of the fake flowers and the item turned up yellowy rather than white per the title of the item, looks cheap and poor quality and not worth the money - it didn't look how it looked on the photo. I wrote to customer service who were dismissive and unhelpful. Had to pay to return and wouldn't shop there again.”

“I came across Layered Lounge for the first time only recently. Looking for a specific item for a birthday gift, which I subsequently bought, I also had a good browse across their full range and know I'll be back for future pressie ideas. My shopping experience was entirely positive, from an attractive site, easy navigation and checkout process, to prompt email responses for order confirmation and shipping. My order arrived well packaged and Layered Lounge is now on my Favourites list.”

“I bought sake items which arrived quickly and very well packaged. There was a manufacturing fault in one of my items. I contacted and spoke to a real person and the problem was solved quickly with a replacement sent out to me. Quality product and quality service.”

The quality surpasses anyother stores in the UK.this includes High end stores The packaging is first class snd ensures breakable goods arrive Safe & Sound. Layered Lounge itens are beautiful anc uninique, not 2nd rate copies of items sold on ANY high street in thr UK.
