“I ordered three porcelain reindeers. they came together in a box. they were individually wrapped in paper to protect them. they had to be in the box in a specific order as they would only fit if the smallest reindeer was placed in the middle. my set when it arrived had the tallest reindeer in the middle with its antlers sticking through the cardboard. one of the antlers was broken. what upsets me was that this was done before they were wrapped and sent out to me. This should have been picked up before it was sent to me. This was just plain carenessless by the person who put them in the box wrong and the person who disregarded the antlers sticking through the box lid and packed it up and sent it to me. I won't be buying anything else from this company.”

“Hi - I bought the tea light holders as a gift for my daughter in law who lives in Scotland. It took a few goes to get them delivered, but here’s her response, ‘ Success 👍⭐️🥳. Thank you so so much - they’re beautiful, and came in an immaculate very stylish box all wrapped in tissue paper…….what a lovely surprise just on a normal Monday! Thank youuuuuu x’ So I THINK she was delighted!”

“I ordered the silver blue/grey baubles and they are so perfect! A great size and colour and although I won't be using them until this Christmas I know where they are going and how they will catch the light. Our conservatory dining room is blue and white and these will shimmer beautifully there and bring to life our winter wonderland.”
