“We were pleased with the house sign we received, however we strongly believe our card was compromised when making transaction direct with K Smart Sign Ltd as there has been several fraudulent transactions since. That is the reason we have rated low.”

“Grey perspex is 3mm and not 5mm as stated in all their listing descriptions, so sign does not stand out from the competition and looks less smart than it will look with the thicker acrylic. I suppose the 3mm is reflected in the price, but stating it is 5mm and giving customers 3mm is a bit naughty. KSmart didn't respond to my message so need to leave a review., which I never do. The rest of the service was great - easy ordering and super fast delivery.”

“I put in an order recently with K smart having used the company a few years ago When the sign arrived, the writing was blurry, I contacted K Smart who says they would send a replacement, but that never arrived, overall, disappointing”

“I had to drill holes to attach my doorbell and the back shattered. Nothing was stated in the instructions about having to use a steel drill bit at high speed. I contacted customer service and they basically ignored my concern. $35 down the drain.”

“Hello, I’m a bit disappointed. 1: There was no drilling pattern for the Bella 180x180mm sign that I bought. Only for the bigger two piece fittings. 2: The screws provided have a way too small head. When tightening them, the screw slips easily through the sleeve (sign holder). Had to use my own screws. 3: The words „River Valley“ are not in one row as I was hoping because it looks way much better than stacked. 4: the package was too small. The studs were sticking out the thin cardboard. 5: I wrote two emails prior to purchase and until today I got no answer. I was asking exactly for this all words in one line thing. Your idea is good, but the fulfillment is not. No communication.”

“Disappointed with what we received, the picture really didn't show very well what it actually looked like in reality. With the picture taken at an angle it makes the underlying plate colour shinier than it actually is resulting in the writing and numbering not really standing out, especially with a dark coloured front panel.”

“the first order we did with you was brilliant and we had no problems. Subsequent orders have been a nightmare, the next order the wrong colour backs were sent, there wasn't enough fixings and 3 of the acrylic fronts were wrong. I have just received another order which is also wrong. We like the signs you produce but you are not encouraging me to want to use you again. I asked if you could send an acrylic front that we needed as a gesture of goodwill and this was totally ignored.”
