“I got an excellent customer service during my fist purchase last year. However I have been bullied during my 2nd (this time) purchase. I called to revise my road number but the Sales Manager blamed me didn’t follow his previous email instructions. And I was totally confused and got held on phone for more than 5 minutes and didn’t know what he want. To avoided trouble, I have been behaved polite during the conversation. Luckily the sign was correctly delivered.”

“Signs look professional but be careful when ordering with this company, if the street name is not english like French, they will probably mess it up like they did for me. I can't use the sign. And Paypal denied my case but I'll get this through charge back through my credit card. Very poor customer service, they could've just made an other sign and I paid for shipping.”

“I got in touch with K Smart in advance of my order and indicated very precisely the font size and layout I wanted, partly by using the design tool they have on Google. I asked for them to provide me with the design layout so I could agree to it before ordering. They said they can't do that (which seems ridiculous to me, they obviously have the design tool so why not send me a picture of my design). The guy I emailed absolutely assured me my design wouldn't be a problem. However, when it arrived it was nothing like what I requested, it was completely the wrong layout, not even close!!”

“Product came with the included leaflet stuck to it, so colours from that trasnferred to the white lettering ruining the sign. Sent email complaining, no response. Not great”

Hi There. I have quickly looked at your order and can see you are an overseas customer from Canada. Unfortunately when you ordered our offices were closed, hence why the online chat was not replied to or an email response. It would appear you have completely missed out the section on where to put your order details into and on the face of it "Ordered a blank sign". However on the commencing of business the next day we have had a team of dedicated Customer Service Reps whos job it is to consolidate orders. I believe your order was fully caught up with on the next day (This negative been written moments after ordering in the evening). I believe your order is now with you or at least with your main countries local post ready to be delivered. You will see our business name is K Smart Sign Ltd and we hold rank 1 positions on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and Facebook within the product sector we sell.
