the first order we did with you was brilliant and we had no problems. Subsequent orders have been a nightmare, the next order the wrong colour backs were sent, there wasn't enough fixings and 3 of the acrylic fronts were wrong. I have just received another order which is also wrong. We like the signs you produce but you are not encouraging me to want to use you again. I asked if you could send an acrylic front that we needed as a gesture of goodwill and this was totally ignored.
