I got in touch with K Smart in advance of my order and indicated very precisely the font size and layout I wanted, partly by using the design tool they have on Google. I asked for them to provide me with the design layout so I could agree to it before ordering. They said they can't do that (which seems ridiculous to me, they obviously have the design tool so why not send me a picture of my design). The guy I emailed absolutely assured me my design wouldn't be a problem. However, when it arrived it was nothing like what I requested, it was completely the wrong layout, not even close!!
