“5 stars for the sign and getting it to me quickly, but knock off one for awful pre-sale customer support. The particular sign I chose had a broken listing on Amazon, which showed an error message under a non-working customisation button. Two emails went ignored: not even a reply. I asked an Amazon question regarding it, did get a reply, but the listing was still not fixed. Luckily the listing for the same sign, on their main website, was working (actually saving me £5 over the Amazon price), but overall this has been more hassle than it should be.”

“I got in touch with K Smart in advance of my order and indicated very precisely the font size and layout I wanted, partly by using the design tool they have on Google. I asked for them to provide me with the design layout so I could agree to it before ordering. They said they can't do that (which seems ridiculous to me, they obviously have the design tool so why not send me a picture of my design). The guy I emailed absolutely assured me my design wouldn't be a problem. However, when it arrived it was nothing like what I requested, it was completely the wrong layout, not even close!!”
