“I've been extremely impressed by The Wine Cellar. They sent out my order almost immediately and, when there was a problem with the courier (absolutely not the fault of The Wine Cellar), they dealt with it very quickly and put so much time and effort into making sure that I received my order, despite the courier's incompetence. Really went above and beyond what I would expect.”

“I have bought from this company before. They have the items you want, it's delivered quickly and best of all it's packaged properly in case some silly person drops your package en-route to your address. Great, 5 stars. From Steve.”

“Item was sent out for delivery swiftly however the courier were very poor with their service to the point of causing damage to the item ( clearly not down to The Wine Cellar). On contacting The Wine Cellar the immediately dispatched a replacement to arrive next working day via a different courier. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!”

“I telephoned the shop as I had found it very difficult to source Israeli wines in my locale, no doubt because of the BDS movement. I do not know much about wine so it was excellent to have a chat with someone who did, and who patiently helped me to choose a selection of dry white wines, without any sales pressure. The wine arrived promptly and it was packed very securely. I have no hesitation in recommending the Wine Cellar as the go-to place to buy wine!”

“Very pleased with the cork pop screw, ups attempted to deliver twice but as I was out I had to redirect the delivery which was not helped by the ups website, maybe an alternate delivery could be considered otherwise really happu”
