Item was sent out for delivery swiftly however the courier were very poor with their service to the point of causing damage to the item ( clearly not down to The Wine Cellar). On contacting The Wine Cellar the immediately dispatched a replacement to arrive next working day via a different courier. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!
