“I have been after a particular whisksy for a couple of months, and signed up to their "Notify me when this is in" option, I got a mail, made the purchase and received the whisky all within 2 business days... Very impressed and very happy! Tony K”

“I've been extremely impressed by The Wine Cellar. They sent out my order almost immediately and, when there was a problem with the courier (absolutely not the fault of The Wine Cellar), they dealt with it very quickly and put so much time and effort into making sure that I received my order, despite the courier's incompetence. Really went above and beyond what I would expect.”

“Item was sent out for delivery swiftly however the courier were very poor with their service to the point of causing damage to the item ( clearly not down to The Wine Cellar). On contacting The Wine Cellar the immediately dispatched a replacement to arrive next working day via a different courier. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!”
