“Good customer service,initailly had an issue with the payment where I was charged twice due to an error with apple pay - company responded to my email promptly, speedy delivery, no issues whatsoever. Will use again. 😊”

“My old plastic handled fine micro plane grater finally broke, so I thought I’d order a more robust version, Koch and Köchin was first to appear when searching, so I ordered from them, the new grater arrived very quickly, very well packaged and is a brilliant piece of kit”

“Although I originally received a faulty item, the response from Mary at Koch & Kochin has been swift, polite and very efficient. My emails were answered quickly (despite a weekend and bank holiday), I was immediately sent a free returns label and the replacement item was thoroughly checked before being sent straight away. The original delivery was quick, and the whole replacement process was completed in a week. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for their superb customer service.”
