“I ordered some saucepans on behalf of my Sister in law, the order process was simple and easy, I was emailed immediately. The delivery was 3 to 5 working days. I had notification of the delivery for 3 days later. This was by Royal Mail tracked delivery. The delivery didn’t arrive, this was down to the Royal Mail, I had notification it was at my local depot, to be delivered next day, it wasn’t delivered, nor the next day, then it was sent back to the main depot, no explanation. It was finally delivered a few days later without any notification. One of the saucepans was damaged, tha package had obviously been thrown around a lot. I informed Koch & Köchin and their customer service was amazing, they asked for photos of the damaged item, replied very quickly and sorted a replacement of the item, I didn’t have to return the damaged item. I would recommend Koch & Köchin, best Customer Service I have received in a long time.”

“We just purchased two orders with Koch & Kochin, a knife set and induction saucepan set. Both were finished with the copper look. Both the knifes and saucepans do look good and were well presented. In fact on a recent family visit, my Daughter noticed the knife set and asked for a link where we got them from, as she really liked them and wanted to get a set. Well priced and arrived in good time - would use again.”

“I received my Victorinox cadet promptly and the price was great too. An extra bonus was the Alox Cadet was the rarer model with 2 blades as opposed to one blade and a nail file/cleaner! Would recommend Koch & Kochin 100%.”

“Hi Koch &amp management Despite your business being a small one, compared to Nisbet yet, l was impressed with various catering equipments,please. Before, l didn't know that your company, existed until by my searching chance, l literally stumbled on it! Yes, l will once again, continue to buy various chefs equipments from time to time, as need may arise! And actually, by Saturday this week, will shop some more items from you as some of my chef's equipments, have got lost,since l work as an Agency chef from kitchen to kitchen, depending upon the needs of our clients. “I'm very satisfied with the cast iron pans I bought from Koch and Kochin, they were great value for money considering if properly looked after, they will last a lifetime. I would definitely recommend people buy their pans from Koch and Kochin, they provide great quality cookware.”
