“I bought one of your Dutch ovens online. It turned out it was too small for my purposes. I corresponded with Cherri on your helpdesk; she was very helpful and supportive, and when o was explained that I needed it to bake sourdough bread, she gave me important advice on the care of the pot and even offered to send me recipes. I returned it and bought a bigger one which works perfectly. Thank you!”
