“I ordered 3 Christmas gifts from Smart Solutions. The gifts are wonderful and I know the recipients will enjoy them. I had a calling card left by one delivery company - so went to collect all 3 items - to find out only one item had been sent. I got worried! Couldn’t call them - emailed - no reply - then tried on line chat - was giving up hope when the other 2 items arrived from a different delivery company! To which I then received a reply stating the items had just been delivered. So - lovely items - just communications a little frustrating - yet all turned out well in the end.”

“Good choice of gifts for all occasions. The only issue I have is that I requested delivery on 2 August, it arrived 1 August, that's not what I requested. Fortunately the recipient was home at the time. Had she not been home there would have been nowhere to leave the gift and she lives on a busy road. If you ask the customer for a delivery date, please honour their wishes.”

“Overall very happy with my purchase! My brother loved the gift. Only thing is that the bouquet of chocolate doesn’t stay together very well so the presentation is a bit iffy. Also very good delivery time :)”

“Good and fast service. It was a breakfast that arrived in the afternoon but anyway its a grate service that was asked from Italy and it was delivered in less than 24 hours to a lost corner of UK. Congratulations for your service!!! it is highly recommended”

“Hamper and delivery were good. The only downside was that the message I filled in wishing the recipient a happy birthday was not delivered and the recipient had no idea who it was from.”
