“Hi Kiltane, Unfortunately I am yet to receive my order. Apparently there was an issue with the delivery address. This was apparently corrected (changed but i do not know what to). They did not answer the phone and correspondence stopped several days ago. An update would be appreciated. Shipment No. 1ZJ40Y760427585993”

“I visited the srore in Edinburgh in June and loved the products and people. I chose to order several Christmas gifts from the website a few weeks ago. It was easy to navigate and the order was placed and received in a timely way. I was dissappointed that although the website stated twice during my order experience that shipping to the US was free (and I made a substantial on line order)...shipping was charged. When I enquired, although I got a timely response, I thought the response and action was inappropriate and disappointing. It was described as a "glitch" that was being corrected. Correct customer service would be to honor what the website offers until it is corrected. That's no glitch, it's a misrepresentation that is very unprofessional. It is the only reason for the mediocre rating.”

“I recently purchased some scarves from Kiltane, but unfortunately, the DHL courier failed to deliver the parcel. While this was frustrating, Kiltane's response was nothing short of excellent. As soon as I contacted them, they resolved the issue without any hassle. They immediately sent out a replacement order, which arrived the very next day! This is what outstanding customer service looks like. A particular shout-out to Alice, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the process. It’s rare to find a company that stands by its products and customers so firmly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.”
