“I was very upset when I lost my scarf I bought at this store in Edinburgh once I got home. I had worn it throughout my Scottish Highlands tour and fell in love with it. I thankfully was able to reorder the same one (as well as buying another color!) and it was delivered in under a week! Truely thankful I could replace it so quickly!”

“Really Dissapointed. I ordered a cashmere scarf and it came in a cheap plastic slip. No box. No presentation. If I spend that much money, I expect it to at least be in a nice box as its a present. At check out it asks if you want to pay extra for a gift bag. I said no because its for a bag not a box.”

“I love your products, however i have two huge complaints regarding additional costs. 1. shipping expenses of 20 eur are very high i think for your loyal customers you should keep them covered 2. custom duties for EU are not included in your price and thy can come up to 30% of the value of the item. In a nutshell, i think you should enable your clients from EU more convenient shopping costs.”

“Absolutely unloved with my bakerboy cap. I've been looking for over two years and tried several different companies to find my size. They're either too big, too small of the hat just looks like it has sad love handles ganging over. This hat fits and looks perfect to me. I'll definitely be buying more hats from this company. They sent them in a nicely wrapped box as well. Looks very high end .”

“Even if their products are beautiful, comfortable and high quality, I am forced to evaluate badly their shipping policy. I've been asked to pay 34€ of taxes from UPS to deliver to France, additionally to the 14€ of delivery that I had already paid on Kiltane's website. Sounds pretty exaggerated to me, especially knowing that I ordered a 67€ scarf.”

“I paid my order 23/11 and I haven’t received it as of 01/12 and I emailed you about that. I received a lot of orders from other suppliers for the last week even from Europe, but not from your shop. I am disappointed.”
