“I bought a lambswool scarf and the quality is outstanding. The scarf colours are beautiful and it feels so soft. I am so impressed I bought one for a family member too. The price is very reasonable I highly recommend this company.”

“Prior to odering the Harris Tweed blazer, I emailed Customer servicve to ask about sizing. I followed the advice and ordered the size up. Unfortunately, the blazer was way too big - and honestly, I'm sure the size below still would have been too big, since the bottom half of the blazer was extremely roomy and large. Ordering from the US means returns, taxes and duties are not paid for and cost for one blazer to be returned is $155. With all this in mind, will not be ordering from them again.”

“Most important to me as an internet customer is the size chart. Shoulder, sleeve, chest....any fudging or error and its a major problem. The size chart was dead on, perfect fit out of the box. Next is color. It can be hard to photograph tweed fabric where the on-line photo is agood match for what is in the box. This case it was a perfect match. Last is "fashion" or given we are talking about a simple blazer the "Cut". In particular many tweed jackets still have the narrow lapels of 20 years ago and the blocky outdated 3 button layout. These lapels are fine, not Saville Row but at least medium width, bery acceptable, the overall cut is flattering and fairly current. In short, I'm happy with the coat, the company and the service. Thanks guys. WH”

“Overall, I had a good experience on this purchase with Kiltane. However, there is no option for me to get a normal bag (with Kiltane logo, the bag we can get from the store) when purchasing online. I contacted the Customer Service team to check whether I can have a few free normal bags to store these scarves, as I purchased quiet a lot scarves, but was told you are not offering free bags. The problem is there is also no option for me to purchase the normal bags online. I hope when ordering online, there is an option to add normal bags to the order, this will be great and benefit, so we can have the same bags as in the store.”
