“I have had great experience with ordering however, within 24 hours I ordered a hat and asked if the orders could be combined so I would not have to pay double shipping. I was told it could not be done. I recommend this be changed as $40 shipping for a hat, scarf, and mittens is quite a lot!”

“The scarf I ordered is great and arrived quickly. However during the ordering process it was not made clear that the product is sent from the UK and that there might be customs coming on top. In the end I had to pay an additional 29 euros for the one scarf I ordered, on top of the 16 euro (or so) for the delivery.”

“I was disappointed with my recent order. The product itself is lovely, but I was charged €45 in customs fees upon delivery, an important cost that was never mentioned at any stage of the checkout process. Had this information been clearly disclosed beforehand, I would have reconsidered the purchase. Unexpected charges like these create a poor customer experience and undermine trust, especially for international customers. I hope the brand improves transparency regarding shipping and customs fees, as the quality of the products deserves better communication.”

“I bought a scarf, 14€ for the delivery cost, fine. Then the delivery day I had to pay 31 € more for the custom taxes because I live in Europe (Belgium), and that was not mentioned when I ordered. So I paid quite double the price juste because of the fees. The cashmere of the scarf is thin but fortunately the colours are nice as on the pictures. I didn't return the scarf because I was afraid to pay the delivery and custom taxes again.”
